Delaware's Industrial Accident Board must clearly articulate its reasons for favoring one expert witness over another when there are multiple experts testifying in a compensation dispute, the Delaware Superior Court has ruled. The court issued the opinion when it reversed an IAB ruling that determined that a supermarket worker who had two work-related accidents should be compensated for her second accident by the store's insurer when she was first injured instead of a different insurer that insured the store during the second accident.
