The University of Miami School of Law was set to host the 51st annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning this week in Orlando. Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Todd Flubacher served as faculty and was set to present in the session, "Do Not Feed After Midnight: Structuring and Drafting Trusts and Administration to Minimize Fiduciary Risk" on Wednesday.
