Injunctive relief for breach of noncompete agreement was proper where the court extended the injunction for the length of time during which the contract was breached. A forfeiture provision under a nonsolicitation agreement was prospective only, so damages were calculated only for the period in breach and not for amounts paid prior to the breach. Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded.
