Corporate attorney Ted A. Kittila last week filed paperwork to run as the Republican candidate for attorney general, he told Delaware Law Weekly. Kittila will likely battle Democratic candidate Lt. Gov. Matt Denn for the position in the November election since no one else in either party was expected to declare their candidacy before the primary filing deadline Tuesday.
“I plan to run for attorney general and I plan to win,” Kittila said.
