Delaware Supreme Court Justice Henry duPont Ridgely is set to retire in January, according to a statement from Gov. Jack Markell. Ridgely is stepping down after 30 years as a Delaware judge.

“I’ve served 30 years on the judiciary and it has been a wonderful opportunity to serve the citizens of Delaware on both the Superior and Supreme courts,” Ridgely told Delaware Law Weekly last week. “It is now time to move on.”
