Delaware law firms have been beefing up their cybersecurity practices this year, with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor becoming the latest to formalize a practice focused on cybersecurity, privacy and data protection.

The firm announced last week that it has created an eight-lawyer team to advise clients and other law firms on best practices surrounding data security, advise boards on their fiduciary duties and help clients navigate any lawsuits or regulatory actions in the event of a breach.
