Delaware’s newest problem-solving court, the Court of Common Pleas DUI Treatment Court in New Castle County, graduated its first class Nov. 6, as officials continue to refine the program in the hope of taking it statewide.
The program, open to first-time DUI offenders with a high blood-alcohol level and second offenders, graduated six participants who met the demands of the nine-to-12-month program, which started last December.
