Morgan Zurn, who has served as deputy attorney general in the Delaware Department of Justice since 2009, was appointed the next master in Chancery.

Zurn is set to replace Abigail M. LeGrow, who was confirmed by the Delaware Senate on Jan. 20 to serve as a judge on the state Superior Court after spending more than four years in her fact-finding role on the Court of Chancery. LeGrow’s Superior Court investiture is scheduled for March 18.
