A former partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg is suing his old law firm over $17,700 in unpaid wages he said he was owed after resigning in 2015.
Robert G. McMorrow, a former equity partner with Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, moved over to the then newly-combined firm in 2012 on the heels of a merger between Houston-based Novak Druce + Quigg and Connolly Bove. He declined to take an equity partner position at the merged firm, opting instead for a salaried partner position, making $260,000 per year.
