Ian D. McCauley of Morris James served on the panel “From Case Management to Case Intelligence: Surfacing Legal Business Intelligence” at the Masters Conference on July 11 in New York.
The panel discussed how the e-discovery process interacts with litigation as a whole, the ways in which information can be leveraged and shared between the various case stakeholders, and how outside counsel, vendors, and clients all must collaborate to ensure that repeatable but flexible e-discovery processes are regularly implemented, a release said.
