A 73-year-old man who accuses State Farm Mobile Insurance Co. and its attorneys of improperly disclosing his personal information will not have to pay a $400 federal court filing fee.

In a four-page per curiam opinion filed Aug. 2, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals overturned the denial of an in forma pauperis order, saying U.S. District Judge Gregory Sleet failed to account for the man’s expenses in his order last year.
