Bayard P.A. Wilmington-based attorney Evan T. Miller was appointed to the executive committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s business law section. He has served as chair of the bar association’s bankruptcy committee since 2015 and previously served as vice chair.
Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, representing preference and fraudulent transfer defendants in addition to debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, and asset purchasers in bankruptcy courts across the country.
