Suzanne Holly rejoined Berger Harris as chair of the firm’s alternative dispute resolution practice, serving as a neutral in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. In addition to serving as mediator or arbitrator, Holly offers neutral case assessments, and pre-litigation dispute resolution.
Holly is a Superior Court certified mediator, having completed both the general and advanced mediation training. She is also listed on the register of mediators and arbitrators of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
