A federal appeals court judge who is often spoken of as a potential future U.S. Supreme Court nominee told an audience of lawyers, judges and politicians about his experiences arguing cases before the nation’s highest court last week in Wilmington.
Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said the best advocates before the nation’s highest court are those who prepare and respond directly to questions asked by the justices.
