Gov. Jack Markell nominated Collins J. “C.J.” Seitz Jr. on Feb. 23 to the vacant position on the Delaware Supreme Court.
Seitz, 57, is the founding partner of Seitz Ross Aronstam & Moritz where he has focused his practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation and Delaware corporate law. Before forming his firm in 2011, Seitz practiced for more than three decades at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, where he served for a time as managing partner.
