Philadelphia-based national law firm Drinker Biddle & Reath last week announced it had bulked up its corporate litigation practice with the addition of Michael J. Maimone as a partner in its Wilmington office.
Maimone, a former managing partner in Greenberg Traurig’s Wilmington office, has helped negotiate financing for startup companies and advised clients on tender offers, proxy contests, mergers and general corporate matters, including counseling foreign-based venture capitalists with investments in the United States, the firm said.
