A Gulf War veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder may pursue claims that his firing from E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. was the result of disability discrimination and retaliation, a Delaware federal judge ruled Aug. 11.

U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson of the District of Delaware said Robert E. Walker Jr. had established a prima facie case on both claims, enough to defeat, in part, DuPont’s attempt to have the case resolved on a motion for summary judgment.
