Robert W. Small, a partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s employment practices group, and Robert J. Foster, a partner in the firm’s insurance practices and litigation group, are scheduled panelists on a full-day seminar on human resources law for the National Business Institute on May 25 at the Sheraton Wilmington South Hotel in New Castle.
Small has counseled individuals and businesses for more than 30 years with regard to business matters, including employment law, transactional matters, and business succession planning and has litigated those matters in state and federal court throughout the United States.
