David J. Margules, formerly of Bouchard Margules & Friedlander, has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in the firm’s Wilmington office, the firm announced this morning.
Margules has litigated corporate claims in the Delaware Court of Chancery for 30 years. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in fiduciary duty litigation, corporate valuation proceedings and corporate control issues. In his new position, Margules will serve as a member of Ballard Spahr’s commercial litigation, appellate, and mergers and acquisitions groups, the firm said in a statement.
