State legislators were set to introduce a trio of bills this week aimed at bolstering employment and nondiscrimination protections for women, including a measure that would prevent employers from requiring that workers not disclose their earnings.

The so-called “wage secrecy” bill would make it illegal for employers in Delaware to require nondisclosure of wages as a condition of employment, and it would bar companies from firing or otherwise disciplining employees for sharing how much they make.
