Master in Chancery Kim Ayvazian is retiring after serving more than 11 years in her role as a fact-finder for the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Ayvazian, who was appointed to the post in November 2006, was not available Wednesday to comment on her upcoming retirement, but a Chancery Court spokeswoman confirmed she planned to step down in the coming months.
