The Delaware Senate last week unanimously confirmed the nomination of Collins J. “C.J.” Seitz Jr. as a justice on the state Supreme Court.
Seitz’s confirmation comes less than a month after his Feb. 23 nomination to the court by Gov. Jack Markell. Seitz will replace former Justice Henry duPont Ridgely, who retired Jan. 31 and announced last week he was joining DLA Piper.
