Elliott Greenleaf director and shareholder Rafael X. Zahralddin was appointed as a co-chair for the Delaware State Bar Association’s international law section along with Kaan Ekiner of Whiteford Taylor Preston.
Zahralddin was previously the vice chair for the international law section in 2016-17. Prior to that, he served on the DSBA nominating committee in 2011-13. He served as the chair for the multicultural judges and lawyers section in 2008-09 and was also the vice chair for that section in 2007-08.
