Pursuant to Delaware's shared-credit approach to fee awards, since plaintiffs' prosecution of the underlying shareholder suit played a contributory role in generating an increase in consideration for defendants, plaintiffs were entitled to reasonable attorney fees regardless of the fact that defendants had retained their own counsel.
