Petitioners successfully sought recognition of an insolvency-related legal proceeding in Ireland as a "foreign main proceeding" pursuant to §§1515 and 1517 of the Bankruptcy Code, thereby entitling debtor to certain protections under the Bankruptcy Code, as the court rejected objectors' public policy challenge to recognition of the foreign proceeding. Objections overruled.
