In this case of first impression, the Superior Court determined that the resident relative provision in the automobile insurance policy issued by defendant did not violate public policy as the language of the provision did not act as the type of broad, categorical exclusions disfavored by Delaware law. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment denied.
