The Supreme Court of Delaware reversed and remanded the denial of Jermaine Wright's fourth motion for post-conviction relief and the reimposition of Wright's conviction for first degree murder and his death sentence. The Superior Court had previously vacated Wright's conviction and sentence but a majority of the Supreme Court reversed.
