The University of Texas School of Law is set to hosts its 12th annual Mergers and Acquisitions Institute from Oct. 20-21 in Dallas, with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Patricia O. Vella set to speak.
On Oct. 20, Vella is scheduled to speak in the “Kicking and Screaming: Developments in Drag-Alongs and Other Minority Stockholder Squeeze-Out Techniques” session. Panelists will discuss recent developments in this area as well as current best practices in dealing with issues that range from orderly process to confrontation, according to a press release.
