Karen Fueyo, a former employee of a licensed clinical social worker in Milton, pleaded guilty March 25 to one count of felony health-care fraud, one count of felony theft and one count of felony conspiracy in the second degree in Sussex County Superior Court.
Judge E. Scott Bradley sentenced Fueyo, 51, to three years of incarceration suspended for probation, according to a release. She was ordered to pay full restitution to the Delaware Medicaid program, as well as costs of investigation to the state Department of Justice Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
