The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to take up a challenge to a Delaware campaign finance law requiring advocacy groups to disclose information about their donors, letting stand an appeals court ruling that the statute is constitutional.

The Delaware Elections Disclosure Act was the target of a lawsuit filed in 2013 by Delaware Strong Families, a conservative group that publishes an online “voter guide” detailing the stances of candidates for public office on key issues in the run-up to state elections.
