Five judicial candidates who were successful in the latest primary, including two running for statewide appellate court benches, were listed by the Pennsylvania Department of State as failing to file the latest campaign finance reports in the lead-up to last week’s primary.

According to the department’s “Failed to File List,” Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Dwayne Woodruff, former state representative Mark B. Cohen, Philadelphia-area attorney Shanese Johnson and interim Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Trauger all failed to file their campaign finance reports that were due May 5.
