Brian R. Cheffins, the S.J. Berwin Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge, is scheduled to deliver Widener University School of Law’s 2014 annual Francis G. Pileggi Distinguished Lecture in Law.
Cheffins’ lecture, “Delaware and the Development of Corporate Governance,” is scheduled from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Friday in the du Barry Room of the Hotel du Pont at 11th and Market streets in Wilmington.
