The new managing shareholder of Elliott Greenleaf’s office in Wilmington plans to focus on growing the firm’s presence in the First State, in terms of both numbers and diversity.

Shelley A. Kinsella was recently appointed by the firm’s board of directors as the managing partner of the eight-year-old office. She takes over for Mark Kearney, who was confirmed last year as a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania bench.
